Jongro BBQ in New York City

A hidden gem in an otherwise nondescript building. Located on the 2nd floor, elevator opens directly to the restaurant - as soon as you get your first glimpse you know it's gonna be great.Attentive staff, great atmosphere, and delicious food. By far the best part of the experience is the BBQ - many meats offered and all truly amazing. It's fun to watch your meal cooked to perfection before you.Ask for a booth by the window for a great view of the street below.

I really enjoy their dishes. I always get good service there. The place is well organised and the employees are always welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

Probably the best kbbq in New York. Be aware that this place usually has a long wait. Can’t wait to come back here once the pandemic is over.

I eat in this restaurant often! This is my favorite spot to grab a bite. I go there at least once a month. The cooking is excellent, the staff is welcoming and the cost is affordable. I like meeting in this spot over a tasty supper.

last night was our first time we came to that magnificent restaurant. But It is surely not the last time. We had great time with the courteous service, with the great dishes and fine drinks and with the comfortable charge. We will surely visit there again.

Probably the best quick meal I've ever had. Use the Yelp waitlist to breeze through and get seated without having to wait at the restaurant. We got the steak and the pork and were so impressed by how quickly everything came out -- but what was more impressive was that this food was actually high quality. Normally you don't see that very often in most restaurants.Definitely want to come back here! Great for a group.

I have eaten at a lot of Korean restaurants and this one is one of my favorites. The servers are so kind and attentive. The food is alwaaaaaays delicious and they make really good kimchi there. I highly recommend.

It’s a very New York spot; hidden on the second floor of a multipurpose building. Love taking people here for an authentic and fun Korean BBQ experience. For vegetarians - get the mushroom platter and they’ll cook the mushrooms before the meat and it’s delicious!
